When I send in a photo of my pet do I need to crop it and get rid of the background, or do you do that for me?
No need to do anything! We have a team of designers who take your image, cut it and position it on your product, to your specifications.

Can you send me a photo of what the finished product would look like ?
We currently show you a preview of your chosen product in your shopping cart, as well as example photos, but we cannot create final designs in advance of your product being shipped as that is an expensive part of the process!

What happens after I submit my order?
After you complete your order, we get to work cutting out your pet from the photo background.
Then we create a design to your order, print your pet on top of it, wrap it up and ship it lovingly.

When will my Petflair arrive?
We aim to deliver as soon as possible, but because each piece of Petflair is made specially for you (and your pet), it can 2-3 weeks to recieve your order, including shipping time.

Can I use my camera phone to take a photo of my pet?
Yes, we've had great results with smartphone cameras!

My Petflair doesn't fit, can I get a refund or exchange it?

Why do you charge US dollars if you're an Australian company?
When we launched in September 2017, we had huge interest from pet lovers all over the world!
Selling our products in USD allows us to offer Petflair internationally, for everyone.

Can I get a return my Petflair for a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, because it is a custom product made for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns on incorrect sizing.
